Executive director, CEO and one of the founders of Baijiang Gas Holdings Co., Ltd., he is also the chairman of Baijiang Investment Co., Ltd. and the executive director of BestStar Group.
He holds a bachelor's degree in management engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology and is also an adjunct professor of Beijing Institute of Technology.He has been employed by a number of large organizations and institutions such as the Ministry of Weapons Industry of the People's Republic of China and China North Industries Corporation, and has over 20 years of experience in international trade, investment and corporate management. He founded and joined the BestStar Group in 1992, responsible for the operation and management of the Group's trading and gas business. He is currently an executive director of BestStar Group.
