About us

  The Marketing Department currently has a full range of degrees including bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctor’s degree education. It is also an essential subject orientation for the MBA and EMBA in the school of management and economics. In recent years, the Marketing Department, which has the brilliant research teams such as a dynamic marketing ability team、brand and service management team、the research center of the Chinese and foreign family firm, etc., has made a series of teaching and research achievements in the fields of strategic marketing、service marketing、brand management、marketing performance evaluation、the family business management and other research direction.

  Education system with clear structure、reasonable multi-module and multi-level hierarchical courses has been established by relying on excellent education resources of Beijing Institute of Technology and school of management and economics. At the same time, it explores and adopts effective teaching methods and forms including case teaching、thematic discussion teaching、instance analysis and comment、stimulation planning and design, etc.

  In terms of school-enterprise cooperation, the Marketing Department organizes students to take the enterprise commissioned consulting subject as the practice stage, and successively conducted market investigation、enterprise strategic consultation and planning for more than 30 firms. It is of pioneering significance to explore the integration of marketing professional development with society and enterprises, and to exert professional advantages and cultivate students’ practice and innovation ability.

  The department of marketing consists of 11 members in the professional teaching team, including 4 professors, 2 doctoral supervisors and 4 associate professors.
