Ma Xiao-Wei was born on Nov. 24,1975, in Anhui province, China. Dr. Ma

got the Ph.D in Geography from Beijing Normal University in 2003. Then she joined Institute of Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), and was an assistant Professor. Since 2007, she was an associate Professor. In 2010, she joined School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. Her main research interests are Energy and environmental policy in China, Climate economics and policy, Energy supply and consumption. She has published more than 30 papers in Journals and is the main member of five books. She is the Vice Secretary-General of Chinese Society of Complex System Research of OOPEM.
