May 8, 2017, China Association for Science and Technology announced the name list of 2017 China Association for Science and Technology "high-end science and technology innovation think tank youth project" winners. “An international comparative study of new energy technology innovation policy” submitted by doctoral student Huang Ying (mentor: Professor Zhu Donghua) from the School of Management and Economics Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory received funding of the China Association for Science and Technology "High-end science and technology innovation think tank youth project " in a total amount of RMB 100,000. Huang Ying was also selected China Association for Science and Technology Youth Think Tank.
Huang Ying, male, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Economics and Management 2013 doctoral students. Sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, in September 2014, he visited Georgia Georgia Institute of Technology for a one-year joint training, under the tutelage of internationally renowned technology management expert Alan L. Porter (Adjunct Prof. of Beijing Institute of Technology, Fellow of Portland International Center for Management of Engineering and Technology (PICMET).
