July 19, 2017, at 9:00 am, Professor Bai Yunchang, Department of Economics, Taiwan University of Culture, was invited to visit and presented an academic report entitled "Applied General Equilibrium Analysis-Introduction of Taiwan Models". A number of teachers and students attended the report. The report was hosted by Professor Liao Hua.
Professor Bai Yunchang received Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, USA. He is now Professor of the Department of Economics and Land Resources, Taiwan University of Culture. The main research areas include energy economics, environmental economics, general economic policy, general equilibrium theory and quantitative methods.
