August 21, 2017, at 9:00 am, at the invitation of the Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory, Prof. Fred Phillips, editor-in-chief of Technological Forecasting & Social Change (TFSC), the top journal of international technology management, gave a presentation entitled "Your Publishing Strategy". The report was hosted by teacher Guo Ying. A number of teachers and students as well as some scholars from other insitutions attended the report. Professor Fred Phillips first introduced the relevant situation of TFSC journal, and introduced the paper writing and submission from six aspects of Reviewing protocols, Journal ratings and rankings, Developing relationships, Writing styles, Ethics in publishing and Publishing purpose. Finally, Professor Fred Phillips launched a wonderful discussion and exchange with the participating teachers and students. This academic report provided detailed guidance for students in paper writing and submission, helpful for students to publish high-level academic papers in future academic research.
