On October 28-29, 2017, Han Xiaotong, a doctoral student from the Laboratory of Knowledge Management and Data Analysis at Beijing Institute of Technology, was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 13th Annual Conference of Chinese Science and Technology Policy and Management, attracting wide attentions from participating scholars. It further enhanced our school's influence in the field of technological innovation management and science and technology policy, won wide acclaim for our school. It is reported that this meeting received a total of more than 380 academic papers from experts and scholars across domestic universities, research institutes and enterprises. After several rounds of strict assessment, finally 16 papers won the best paper awards. Researcher Mu Rongping, chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, presented the best paper certificates to the winning authors.
