From June 9th to 11th, 2018, the Joint Center for Professional Degree Education of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology organized the International Project Management Qualification Certification (IPMP Level C). This is also the first certification after the cooperation of the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) and International Project Management Professional Qualification (IPMP).
The China Certification Committee of the International Project Management Association appointed two experts, Zhao Yunfa and Zhou Li, as the accredited appraisers. A total of 21 students from the project management and engineering management departments participated in the certification.
This certification is divided into two parts: case study and interview. The case study session mainly examines the candidate's use of the knowledge of the project management field; the interview part is mainly to evaluate the project management work experience and personal qualities.
The students who participated in this certification fully demonstrated the sense of team assistance and demonstrated the ability of project management. Through certification, students become more systematic in their understanding of project management, which reflects the parallel of learning and practice, and provides support for the school to cultivate high-level talents with innovative consciousness.
