October 26-28, 2018, sponsored by the Department of Management Science of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Energy Economy and Management Branch of Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economical Mathematics, Central South University Business School, the 9th Annual Conference on Energy Economics and Management and the 12th China Energy Resources Development and Utilization Strategy Symposium hosted by the Collaborative Innovation Center for Social and Ecological Civilization was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. Academician Hu Wenrui, Academician Hou Zengqian, Academician He Jishan, Academician Zheng Jingchen, Academician Huang Weihe, Academician Zhao Wenzhi, Academician Jin Zhixin, Academician Fan Guobin, Academician Lu Chunfang, Academician Liu He, Academician Zou Cai, Academician Chen Xiaohong and 15 Jieqing, Youqing and more than 500 experts and scholars in energy economics and management research of more than 100 universities and research institutes in China and abroad gathered in Changsha, focusing on the theme of “China Green Development Management Innovation and Energy Policy”. This is a response to the central and State Council's active and steady promotion of the green development of China's economy.
