[Teachers’ Speech] (Session 1) Associate Professor Zhang Yuli tells the story of struggle: learning, exploring and innovating

  At 2 pm on November 21, 2018, the “Teachers’ Speech” (No. 1) ? Young Teacher Tells the Stories of Struggle” was successfully held in the Administration Building 230. Associate Professor Zhang Yuli and more than 20 outstanding undergraduates from the College participated in the exchange. The event was led by Zhang Yuli, with the theme of “Learning, Exploring and Innovating – Communicating with the Students of the School of Economics and Management”, focusing on personal experience, university life and study, and academic research.

  

  Zhang Yuli first asked the students to complete a questionnaire about the study and life situation. According to the questionnaire data, he analyzed and explained the students' learning life, and shared his learning life sentiment and harvest with the students.   Zhang Yuli used "Watson playing Jeopardy" and "eHarmony" as examples to analyze the scientific data analysis, and described the importance of modern professional research for mining and analyzing data. The application of theory to practice is a key step for students to learn from learning.
