May 20, the BIT Central Building 1st floor lecture hall was packed. Dr. Mao Daqing, executive vice president of Vanke Group, general manager of Beijing Vanke, and President of China's Real Estate Manager Union, brought to our teachers and students a wonderful speech entitled "Macroeconomic and real estate development”. Professor Li Jinlin presented and extended warm welcome remarks.
Mr. Mao Daqing, starting from the background of world economy evolution, combined with China's macroeconomic situation, gave a comprehensive and profound analysis of the unique features of the real estate development, explored the relationship between macroeconomic and real estate development and shared his forward-looking view on the future development of Chinese real estate.
