SME teachers and students participate in the 2018 JMS China Marketing Science Annual Conference and Doctoral Forum

  From October 26th to 28th, 2018, a number of teachers and students of the Marketing Department were invited to participate in the 2018 JMS China Marketing Science Annual Conference and Doctoral Forum. The annual meeting was hosted by the Journal of Marketing Science (JMS), hosted by the School of Management of Shenzhen University, co-organized by the Marketing Research Association of China Higher Education, the Marketing Management Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association, and the Brand Professional Committee of the Guangdong Marketing Association, and supported by the Department of Management Science of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

  

  With the theme of “New Age Marketing Innovation”, this year's annual conference invited well-known scholars from domestic and international marketing academic circles and related disciplines to exchange ideas on current marketing theories and share the latest research results. Professor Xu Chen, Vice President of Shenzhen University, Researcher Wu Gang, Director of the Second Division of Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Professor Liu Jun, Dean of School of Management, Shenzhen University, and Associate Professor Dean of School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, Professor Chen Yibo Opening address. Professor Zhao Ping of Tsinghua University, co-editor of Journal of Marketing, Professor Harald van Heerde of Massey University in New Zealand, Professor Yan Xuewei, director of the Department of Sociology of Nanjing University, and many other well-known scholars at the meeting discussed on the theoretical and practical issues of brand value research, new topics and publication guidelines of the Journal of Marketing, and the behavioral characteristics of Chinese people and changes.
