On December 3, 2018, the Theoretical and Learning Center Group of the School of Management and Economics collectively studied the spirit of the National Education Conference and the Beijing Education Conference in Room 345 of the main building. The meeting invited Yang Zhihong, secretary of the school's Disciplinary Committee, to attend the meeting. Wang Zhaohua, Wei Yiming, and other party committee members, members of the party and government joint committee and the secretary of each party branch attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Secretary Wang Zhaohua.
At the meeting, Secretary Wang Zhaohua conveyed the spirit of the National Education Conference and the Beijing Education Conference, the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on education, and fully implemented the “Nine Perseverances” in the reform and development of education, and in-depth explanation of full implementation of the National and Beijing Education Conference. He emphasized the importance of studying the national and Beijing education conferences, stresses the need to fully implement the party's education policy, comprehensively improve and perfect the talent training system, innovate talent training models, and cultivate a society in which morals, intelligence, art, and work are all developed, to accelerate the construction of a “double first-class” school.
