Beijing Economic and Social Sustainable Development Research Base Selected for CTTI Source Think Tank-Beijing Economic and Social Sustainable Development Research Base

  On December 22, 2018, the 2018 China Think Tank Governance and Ideological Communication Summit, co-sponsored by Nanjing University and Guangming Daily, was held at the Zhongshan Hotel in Nanjing. More than 900 people from the central and provincial think tank management departments, experts and scholars in the think tank research community attended the meeting. At the meeting, China's first think tank vertical search engine and data management platform "Chinese Think Tank Index (CTTI)" 2018 report and CTTI college think tank top 100 list was released, and the 2018 CTTI supplement source think tank certificate was issued. The Beijing Economic and Social Sustainable Development Research Base of Beijing Institute of Technology was officially selected into the CTTI source think tank after being reviewed by experts in the industry.

  

  The Beijing Economic and Social Sustainable Development Research Base was jointly prepared by the Beijing Office of Philosophy and Social Science Planning and the Beijing Municipal Education Commission in 2015. Based on the construction of our school and the School of Management and Economics, it provides scientific decision support for the sustainable development of the capital economy and society. Beijing's development is in line with the carrying capacity of the resources and environment, and enhances the city's competitiveness by improving the scientific management soft power, and promotes Beijing to take a solid step toward the metropolitan city with Chinese characteristics. The research base carries out research on major theoretical and practical issues in the process of Beijing's economic and social sustainable development, including three research areas: (1) sustainable development of energy economy and analysis of complex systems; (2) sustainable development of modern industrial industries and Its risk management; (3) strategic emerging industry optimization decision-making and sustainable development.
