May 25, 2012, Huang Can, researcher of the Netherlands United Nations University Maastricht Center for Technology Economic Research gave an academic report "Measure Innovation - An EU Perspective".
Researcher Huang Can first described the importance of the R & D, then from a perspective of innovation, divided enterprises into five categories: In-house R & D performers Contract R & D performers, Cooperators, Independent innovators and Technology adopters. Using the CIS data, Mr. Huang compared the differences of the above five types of innovation enterprise in terms of the external sources of information, risk and control variables.
