On the last working day of 2018, the inaugural meeting of the Safety Education Professional Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Society was held in Beijing. The Safety Education Professional Committee was formally established with the approval of the China Education Development Strategy Association. The China Education Development Strategy Society Safety Education Professional Committee is an academic group composed of voluntary institutions and personnel engaged in the education, research and promotion of school and student safety.
The BIT National Economy Mobilization Academic Team established the “Crisis Management Research Center” in 2004, and has been engaged in relevant research for 14 years. It has undertaken a number of national-level national science and technology major projects, national key research and development programs, and national social science funds.
Recommended by the preparatory group, Professor Kong Zhaojun, the vice dean of the School of Management and Economics and the executive deputy director of the National Economy Mobilization Education and Training Center, was elected as the vice chairman. At the subsequent council, Professor Li Zhixiang was appointed as the director of the Academic Committee of the Safety Education Professional Committee.
