September 1, 2012 to 13, 2009, Professor Liu Yun and major members of a soft science research project supported by the State Intellectual Property Office visited Beijing's intellectual property rights demonstration pilot enterprises and research institutions to conduct research. They surveyed 11 companies including: Datang Telecom Technology & Industry Holdings Co., Ltd., Beijing Vimicro Co., Ltd., Lenovo (Beijing) Co., Ltd., China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd., Beijing University Founder Group Co., Ltd., Foton Motor Co., Ltd., Beijing Huaqi Information Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Ruijie Networks Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Ruisikangda Technology Inc., Beijing Newauto Video Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing FeiTian Technology Co., Ltd., as well as three research institutions: the Chinese Academy of Sciences Micro Electronics Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Computing Technology and Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute.
