November 9, 2012, at 9:30 am, professor Liliana, Paris the eastern Marne - Ravallion University was invited to visit our school and made a presentation entitled "Strategic patent management: a French experience “at room 418 in the main building. Part of SME teachers and students participated in the report.
The patent contains not only technologic information, but also contains legal information, and is of great significance for open innovation of the enterprises. Professor Liliana introduced the role of patent management in the open innovation model, detailing a three-step strategic patent management, and analyzed patent management strategy from the perspectives of offensive and defensive strategy. Finally, through the actual case of Thomson Corporation, Professor Liliana explained the patent process as well as the strategic management implementation results, and discussed the relationship between the patent strategy management and enterprise actual situation.
