December 15, 2012, in the morning, invited by the MPA Center and the Department of Public Administration, Professor Xu Guangjian, the Associate Dean of the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, director of the MPA Education Center, and director of the Institute of Public Financial Management, gave a wonderful lecture entitled "Fiscal relations between central and local government -reform and adjustment" at room 241in the main building.
The lecture was hosted by Dr. Yang Yan, deputy director of the MPA Center. Professor Jin Hong, head of the Public Management Department, Dr. Wu Shuilong, deputy director of the MPA Center, Professor Zhao Yanping, Associate Professor Cui Lixin, Professor Hou GaoLan, and the entire MPA students listened to the lecture.

Xu Guangjian, male, born in Shanxi Jincheng, PhD in Economics. Professor at Renmin University of China, doctoral supervisor, the Associate Dean of the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, director of the MPA Education Center, and director of the Institute of Public Financial Management. Professor Xu Guangjian is principally engaged in the research of public finance management, macroeconomic theory and policy, and government regulation.
