On the morning of January 19, 2013, the Beijing Institute of Technology Energy and Environmental Policy Research Centre (CEEP-BIT) held release conference for the 2013 energy forecast and outlook report. The conference released three reports including the “2013 International Crude Oil Prices Analysis and Trend Forecast " "2013 China's Demand for Electricity and Trend Forecast" and "National Energy Security Index Analysis and Outlook”. This series of reports is formed on the basis of long-term in-depth study of the research team led by Professor Wei Yiming, ChangJiang Scholar and winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, and released annually.
