April 3, 2013, 10:00-12:00 am, Mr. Jagjivan Singh Matharu, the University of Redding in the United Kingdom, was invited to visit the School of Management and Economics, and made a presentation entitled "Benefits Realisation Management" at Conference Room 418 in the main building. Teachers and graduate students from the Accounting Department attended the meeting.
The report described the applications of revenue management in the UK, the difference with the Balanced Scorecard, how to implement revenue management, and the contribution for British businesses.
