April 10, 2013, the “national mid-and long-term science and technology development plan (2006-2020)” the 4th workshop on mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the personnel development was held in the School of Management and Economics. Participants included Mu Rongping, researcher of the Institute of Policy and Management Science, Professor Xin Huaibin from the Ministry of Science and Technology Evaluation Center, Gao ChangLin, deputy chief of the Ministry of Science and Technology personnel exchange center, Pang Shi, researcher of the Chinese Academy of Personnel, Zhao Jikai, deputy director of Shenyang City Personnel and Social Security Bureau, Beijing Institute of Technology Professor Liu Yun, Beijing University of Science and Technology Professor Xu Fang, Xi'an Jiaotong University Associate Professor Dong Xinyu, as well as teachers and graduate students from the SME Technology Evaluation and Innovation Management Research Center attended the meeting.
