Recently, Beijing Institute of Technology Energy and Environmental Policy Research Centre (CEEP-BIT) was awarded the honor of “2012 Beijing Workers Innovation Studio ", and received a Beijing workers innovation studio plaque in the name of Professor Wei Yiming. The field of innovation is energy economy and climate policy.
In the past four years, Beijing Workers League and the municipal government attached great importance and gave affirmation to the selection of Beijing Workers Innovation Studio. In 2012, a total of 100 municipal workers innovation studios were identified, and after merit-based selection, 30 were named after the studio leader.
