May 20, 2013, the National Mobilization Training Center of the School of Management and Economics held an opening ceremony for the "twenty-two national economy mobilization theory training" at Main Conference Room 241. Since its establishment on May 31, 1998, the National Mobilization Training Center has gone through 15 years of history. National Economic Mobilization Office deputy director Bi Zhiyong, National Mobilization Training Center first director, former executive vice president of Beijing Institute of Technology, doctoral tutor Professor Li Zhixiang, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics deputy dean, National Mobilization Education and Training Center Deputy Director Professor Kong Zhaojun, attended the opening ceremony. Nearly 70 leaders from national economic mobilization agencies across the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and some military institutions are going to participate in the two weeks theoretical training.
