November 1, 2013, in the afternoon, Dr. He Guangtao, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Beijing Urban Construction Group, was invited to the School of Management and Economics Accounting Theory and Practice Frontier Forum to give a lecture entitled " Gaps B/W Financial Management Theory and Practice: in example of a large state-owned Construction Group ".
Dr. He Guangtao graduated from Renmin University of China, is currently senior accountant and Deputy Minister of Finance of Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. . Dr. He Guangtao has long-term being focusing on group company financial management and control , integration of financial services , construction and real estate business tax planning , etc., and serves as a part-time instructor for the accounting graduate students.
Dr. He Guangtao combined his years of practical work experience, introduced in great details the actual business of accounting, financial management, financial information, and tax management, and gave a profound analysis of the existing problems as well as the difference with financial management theory.
