June 3, 2014 10:00-11:30 am, associate professor Yuan Xiaoli, Elizabeth North Carolina State University, at the invitation of the School of Management and Economics, made a report entitled "An Empirical Investigation of the Audit Market in the US Healthcare Sector " at Conference Room 418 in the main building. The report on audit of listed companies in US healthcare sector attracted teachers, doctoral and graduate students from the Department of Accounting.
The report selects unique perspective of the audit market in health insurance industry, analyzes the non-profit organization audits, uses empirical data to support the conclusions, and gives the prospects for future research.
