In 2015, the School of Economics and Management harvested again in National Natural Science Foundation projects. A total of 14 projects got funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, funding amounting to 12.245 million yuan, the first time ever exceeded 10 million. The number of approved projects ranked No. 4 among the schools of Beijing Institute of Technology. The total amount of funding also ranked No. 4. This is for six consecutive years our school has more than two digits National Natural Science Foundation projects.
Especially noteworthy is that the "Energy economy and climate policy research" project presided over by Professor Wei Yiming won Innovation Research Group Science Fund, achieving the first breakthrough. It demonstrated our school’s research work has made a solid step forward to the course of "into the mainstream, into to the first class".
