September 9, 2015, in the morning, Professor Alexandre Dolgui of Nantes Ecole des Mines, France, and editor of International Journal of Production Research was invited to visit Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics. Professor Dolgui made a presentation entitled "Replenishment planning in supply chains under uncertainty of lead times " at room 418 in the main building.
Professor Alexandre Dolgui focused on replenishment planning in supply chains under uncertainty of lead times. From perspectives of type of mounting system, supply and demand function, optimal order quantity and lead time, and cost management, he built a function analysis model, and combined with the specific model development corresponding branch and bound algorithm, elaborated optimum yield and the process of solving lead time.

Dr. Alexandre Dolgui is a professor of Nantes Ecole des Mines, France, and editor of International Journal of Production Research. He has long been engaged in supply chain management, manufacturing systems design and optimization, and operations managemen. He has published over 180 papers on mainstream SCI journals including IIE Transactions、OMEGA、EJOR、IJPR and IJPE.
