Presided by Mr. Zhang Jian, director of Division of International S&T Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, a seminar on International S&T Cooperative Strategy for Twelfth Five-Year Plan was held at BIT.
At the seminar, Prof. Liu Yun of SME delivered a report on the latest development of the “International S&T Resources Surveying Model”, one of the key projects sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology, followed by his keynote lecture entitled “Reflections on China’s Strategy of S&T Renovation in an Era of Globalization”. Director Zhang also gave a talk.
The seminar took place in BIT’s Center of International Exchanges, January 15.
