September 26, 2010, afternoon - On the occasion of SME’s 30th Anniversary celebration, nearly 30 deans from universities across the country gathered in the SME Lecture Hall to discuss on "building first-class management school and training management and economics talents". The Dean Forum carried out extensive exchanges and discussions. Dean Professor Wei Yi-Ming chaired the forum.
The Dean Forum involved five issues: international communication, disciplines building, professional degree education, teaching staff, and personnel training. Professor Hu Weishan, Vice President of Chung Yuan Christian University, Professor Zhang Wei, Dean of Management Department of Tianjin University, Professor Lai Desheng, Dean of Economics and Management School of Beijing Normal University, Professor Yang Naiding, Dean of Economics and Management School of Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Professor Zhu Guilong, Dean of Business School of South China University of Technology, chaired the five caucuses, respectively.
