October 22, 2010, in the evening, SME 09 graduates party branch organized a meeting in Room 305 of the main building on the theme "earnestly study the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the CCP's 17th Central Committee, pay close attention to new trends in social development".
Branch Secretary Han Wanyan presided over the meeting. He introduced contents from the "Eleventh Five-Year" achievements, the concept of “inclusive growth", to protecting the interests of vulnerable groups. He pointed out that the17 5th Plenary Session shifted policy focus from the "national wealth" to the "personal wealth". This learning activity combined current events, from history to the present, all-round displayed the important status of the 17 Fifth Plenary Session.
