January 15, 2011, in the morning, the Beijing Institute of Technology Energy and Environmental Policy Research Center released two research reports "Twelve Five China's Energy and Carbon Emissions Projections and Prospects"and"2011 International Crude Oil Price Analysis and Predictions".
The serials of report are based on the long term in-depth study led by Professor Wei YiMing, Director of the Beijing Institute of Technology Energy and Environmental Policy Research Center, Dean of the School of Management and Economics, Chang Jiang Scholar, and winner of National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation.
