June 14, 14:00-15:30, Professor Qin Rongsheng, Party Secretary of Beijing national Accounting Institute, gave a report entitled “Development trend of accounting profession” in the conference room 418 of the main building. Before the lecture, Dean Professor Wei Yiming had a brief exchange with Professor Qin Rongsheng and extended his welcome. Professor Qin, through lost of case studies, described the future development trend of accounting profession in theoretic and practical perspectives. Teachers and students of the Accounting Department participated in the lecture.
Speaker Profile:
Professor Qin Rongsheng is currently the Party Secretary of Beijing National Accounting Institute. He is also an adjunct professor at Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Zhongnan University, National Taiwan Chengchi University, Macau University, and the Australian National University. His main research interests: capital operation, the listed company information disclosure, accounting and auditing theory.
