June 30, 2016, invited by the Research Center of Information Disclosure and Corporate Governance and the Department of Accounting, Liu JinXiu, Financial consulting director of China Financial Advisory Co., Ltd., gave an academic report entitled " How to tap the value of listed companies disclosure information " in meeting room 216. Professor Chen SongSheng, director of Accounting Department, Professor Li Huiyun and accounting graduate students participated in the report. The reports was hosted by Accounting Professor Li Huiyun.
Contents of information disclosure of listed companies are very complex, including periodic reports and interim reports information. The presenter, with years of consulting experience, introduced how to use DuPont analysis, from three dimensions, six capacities and twenty-eight indicators to comprehensively evaluate the management quality and potential risks of a listed company, and analyze the indicator results and the correspondent information in periodic reports and interim reports.
