June 15, 2011, in the afternoon, invited by Professor Zhu Donghua, Ding Xiaoliang, Chairman of Dcwireless Techonolgy Limited., gave a speech entitled “Startup lessons learned and startup counseling” at Room 418 of the Main Building.
Chairman Ding Xiaoliang first introduced his entrepreneurial experience of founding Dcwireless Techonolgy Limited in 2004. He talked in detail on the selection of personnel, industry chain, and intellectual property from his own experiences and lessons learned. He also gave startup counseling in terms of building teams, employee motivation, and financing.
