June 21, 2011, the SME hosted an Academic luncheon in conference room 418 of the Main Building. Associate Professor Wang JianCai, Department of Management Science and Engineering, talked on "Dollar vs. Percentage Markup Pricing Schemes". Professor Zhang Jiang, Department of Management Science and Engineering, hosted the luncheon. Assistant Dean Professor Yan Zhi-Jun and more than 20 teachers and students attended the luncheon.
Speaker Profile:
Wang JianCai, Associate Professor of the School of Management Science and Engineering, received Ph.D. in Tsinghua University (2003). Before he joined the Beijing Institute of Technology, he had worked at the School of Business of the University of Hong Kong for seven years. Currently the main research areas: service operations management, supply chain management, performance assessment and disclosure.
