August 1-6, 2011, Professor Liu Yun and his research team on a key project "the law of growth of innovative talents" sponsored by the Chinese Association for Science, went to Hefei, Anhui Province and Shanghai to visit high-tech business entrepreneurs and academic leaders.
The team visited 11 high-tech enterprises including Shanghai Baosteel Group, Shanghai Gao Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Shanghai Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Minimally Invasive Medical Devices (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Anhui Keli Information Industry Co., Ltd. , ShinShuo Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd., Anhui SanLian Traffic Application Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui SiChuang Electronics Co., Ltd., Hefei sunlight Power Supply Co., LongXun semiconductor technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd.. In addition, they interviewed Dean Professor Liang Liang, the China University of Technology School of Management, researcher Jian-Gang Li, Director of the Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, General Secretary Wei Qian, Shanghai Venture Capital Association, Ming Li, Director of Shanghai Science and Technology Office of Torch, and Cheng Yuan, Director of Hefei Science and Technology Innovation Public Services Office.
