On the afternoon of March 7, 2017, Dr. Huang Junling, University of California, Berkeley, was invited to visit and present an academic report entitled "A Climate-friendly Energy Future: Prospects for Wind". A number of teachers and students attended the report. The report was hosted by Professor Liao Hua.
Dr. Huang Junling is a core member Berkeley Energy and Climate Institute (BECI) at the University of California at Berkeley and is currently responsible for BECI's China project to address China's energy and climate issues and to introduce technological advances into public policy design.
