On the afternoon of March 17, 2017, Mr. Liu Yuan, Sinolink Securities, was invited by the Accounting Department, and Information Disclosure and Corporate Governance Research Center to visit our school. At conference room 418, Mr. Liu gave a case study report entitled "A-share listed companies cross-border M&As ". The report was hosted by Professor Li Huiyun.
Mr. Liu graduated from the University of Illinois Business School in the United States and has focused on the M & A and reorganization of Chinese enterprises in the domestic and foreign markets. He has worked in the Beijing Audit Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and participated in the annual audit and mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong capital market. He is currently a senior manager in Sinolink Securities M&A Department, leading or involved in the multi-billion level cross-border acquisitions, including the major assets reorganization case of Miteno (SZ.300038).
