Recently, a reviewing seminar on project "Under low oil prices the international oil companies investment benefit analysis" was held in Beijing. The project was undertaken by Beijing Institute of Technology Energy and Environmental Policy Research Center as a commitment to the National Energy Board. The project team carried out research on the global oil investment trends, the impact of exchange rate and tax on investment income, project optimization and shutdown decision, "The Belt and Road" nations oil and gas investment risks. An expert panal unanimously approved the project acceptance.
