朱斌


朱斌,江蘇南京人. 東南大學博士,清華大學博士后,新加坡國立大學訪問學者. 現(xiàn)就職于偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)、偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)長三角研究院(嘉興),長聘副教授,特別研究員,博士生導師. 現(xiàn)擔任北理工長三院數(shù)字經(jīng)濟創(chuàng)新研究中心嘉興負責人、之江科技智庫數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與智能決策基地主任、嘉興市數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與數(shù)據(jù)運營重點實驗室主任、北理工長三院數(shù)字經(jīng)濟治理實驗室主任、嘉興市科教文衛(wèi)智庫專家、嘉興市科協(xié)代表等.

研究興趣為智能決策、大數(shù)據(jù)與人工智能、神經(jīng)管理學等. 以一作/通訊作者在FMS A類、中科院大類TOP類等期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇,谷歌學術論文被引3900余次. 入選2022、2023全球前2%頂尖科學家、中國科協(xié)優(yōu)秀中外青年交流計劃,獲得江蘇省優(yōu)秀博士論文、中國精品科技期刊頂尖學術論文獎. 擔任30余種國際主流刊物審稿人,作為負責人主持國家自科、國家社科等國家級課題3項,獲省部級獎勵和重要批示5項.

課題組依托之江科技智庫數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與智能決策基地(省部級)、嘉興市數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與數(shù)據(jù)運營重點實驗室(A類)等高能級科創(chuàng)平臺,擁有千萬級算力資源和地市級海量城市數(shù)據(jù),以解決實際問題為導向,以智能決策技術為核心,結合數(shù)據(jù)運營、基層社會治理、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟治理、數(shù)字健康、數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)等場景開展理論與應用研究。
