唐葆君

偉德國際1946bv官網特聘教授,博士生導師,管理學博士,教育部長江學者特聘教授。現任偉德國際1946bv官網院長,能源與環境政策研究中心副主任,國際組織創新學院院長。兼任北京“經濟社會可持續發展研究”哲學社科基地理事長、“碳中和系統工程”北京實驗室副主任、中國煤炭學會碳減排工程管理專委會副主任、中國“雙法”研究會能源經濟分會副理事長等。長期從事綠色與低碳經濟研究,先后主持國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家重點研發計劃“科技冬奧”重點專項課題等科研任務40余項;發表論文100余篇,其中SCI/SSCI收錄70篇;出版專著10部;獲批工信部十四五規劃教材1部;獲一等獎在內的省部級科研獎項8項;作為主要完成人參與提交“實現碳達峰目標的對策和路徑”等政策建議20余份,其中多份得到中辦、國辦重視;授權專利20余項;獲軟件著作權30余項。獲國家教育成果一等獎1項,北京市教育教學成果一等獎1項;指導學生獲第十三屆“挑戰杯”全國決賽金獎。曾入選教育部青年長江學者,北京市第十三次黨代會黨代表,北京市優秀博士論文指導教師,北京市優秀研究生導師等。
