  報告摘要:

  The presentation is about a forthcoming paper at the Journal of Applied Psychology. Extending an extant dynamic componential perspective, we propose an integrative model of how and why workplace ostracism exhibited by supervisors relates to employees’ creativity through pragmatic (task resources) and engagement (creative process engagement) effects. Specifically, we predict that workplace ostracism negatively relates to creativity through reduced task resources and creative process engagement. Perceived organizational support plays a key role in buffering the negative effects of workplace ostracism in both pragmatic and engagement domains. Three-wave, supervisor–subordinate, dyadic data from a bank in China support these hypotheses.

  報告人簡介:

  同濟大學管理高等研究院院聘研究員。主要研究方向為領導力、師徒關系、工作家庭生活和職場無禮行為。近年來,先后在《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Journal of Management》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Organizational  Behavior  and  Human  Decision  Processes》、《Personnel  Psychology》等刊物發表論文60余篇。主持國家自然科學基金面上一項。擔任《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》Managing Editor。
