主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Jagjivan Singh Matharu is Associate Faculty at Henley Business School of University of Reading. 2008-2010,MBA, Henley Business School,1985-1989,1st BEng (Hons), Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bradford University. He achieve his aims through collaboration, relationships, careful thinking and planning, attention to detail and a relentless focus on the end goal. He is a quick learner with a solid theory base (MBA), over 21 years work experience and an MSP practitioner. He has several years experience in all aspects of benefits realisation including identification, strategy, mapping, planning, profiling, delivering, monitoring, realisation and training – He is also currently writing a book on benefits management. Working in a PMO/Business Planning environment on large scale change programmes has given his valuable experience and insight into many elements of change management and business analysis activities including development of management information and business insight, stakeholder management, budget development and management, business case development, process improvement & working on multimillion £ programmes on a global basis across many cultures in matrix programme teams.
