主講人簡介：
馬春波任教于西澳大利亞大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)及自然資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院 (2009至今)。美國倫斯勒理工學(xué)院（Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute）經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士（2007）。2007-2009年美國密歇根大學(xué)(University of Michigan)從事博士后工作，重點(diǎn)研究中國電力市場。2009年加入西澳大利亞大學(xué)。在澳大利亞獲資助主持政府及企業(yè)多項(xiàng)學(xué)術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目，包括澳洲自然科學(xué)基金(Australian Research Council)的發(fā)現(xiàn)基金(Discovery Project)。2012年獲得澳洲杰青(ARC DECRA Fellow)致力于研究澳洲太陽能發(fā)電市場。2013年成為全澳洲六個青年學(xué)者之一獲得澳洲科技工程學(xué)院(Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering)授予的低碳煤科技Fellowship，從事低碳能源相關(guān)研究。目前主要研究方向新能源市場及政策分析，中澳電力市場及政策分析，環(huán)保消費(fèi)行為分析，非市場評估，以及中國能源經(jīng)濟(jì)。
內(nèi)容簡介：
The Australian National Green Power Accreditation Program is a market-based program aiming to encourage voluntary consumption of green electricity. Despite the empirical evidence of consumers’ high willingness to purchase green products from hypothetical surveys, the actual penetration rate of green electricity products has been quite low. This study uses a choice modelling approach to find out if there are specific features of the products that the public like or dislike. In our study, we use a slightly modified online interface that mimics this real market environment, but extends the number of attributes that are used to describe the product. And the actual penetration of green power into the electricity market relies on consumers’ willingness to purchase green power products as well as their commitment levels (eg. 10% vs. 100% green electricity). The paper will report on market shares of the three green products under differing price premier, and the level of market commitment in terms of the amount of green electricity signed up to.
