主講人簡介：
Assoc Professor and Director of the Marketing Department of BIT, Graduated from Peking University and won a PhD. of International Business Management from Brunel University. He has published two books and many papers on Channel Operational Management, Branding Marketing Strategy, Direct Selling Channel, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility both at home and abroad.
內容簡介：
This talk reviews the employee-organizational relationships with its focal points in the last two decades with the further economic reform and opening policy to the rest of the world in mainland China. The presenter focuses on the identified top problems and their possible causes behind such significant phenomena in the society as a whole. And then this is to be followed by a furthermore discussion on possible trends in the near future in this field.
